Crazy Dog Goes Hollywood!

Double Take Productions To Create & Market TV Show Starring Crazy Pet Characters

Crazy Dog has appeared on Good Morning America, a comic strip, children's book and The Wall Street Journal . . .now he's about to become the star of his own TV show.  Crazy Pet L.L.C. has entered into a deal with Double Take Productions, an award-winning animation design/production company, to develop a children's television show and a live stage show featuring the company's popular cartoon animal characters.

Based in La Jolla, CA, Double Take Productions has won numerous EMMY, TELLY and CINDY Awards. Their work has appeared on 20th Century Fox productions, ABC, CBS, HBO, Fox Children's TV, MTV and PBS.  "We are thrilled and honored to have a creative partner with such impressive credentials and accomplishments as Double Take," said Tony de Vos, owner of Crazy Pet.

The show will be built around the storyline of the Crazy Pets running their own company that rescues stray animals. In keeping with the character-building mission of Crazy Pet's Back Bones of Character, the show will communicate positive values to children, in addition to being funny and entertaining. "Everything about the show will be in keeping with the edu-tainment philosophy of the Crazy Pet brand," said Barbara Denzer, creator of the Crazy Pets.

The high-profile media exposure will also put Crazy Pet licensed products on center stage.  "Our licensees are very excited about the project," said Howard Finelt, chief operating officer of Crazy Pet L.L.C. "They're gearing up to make new products to premier in conjunction with the shows."
